FreePrenatal Yoga focuses on postures and breath work specifically beneficial for pregnant women. Practicing yoga ( with your doctors approval of course ) can help strengthen the muscles, endurance and flexibility needed to carry a baby and for child birth. Practicing yoga while pregnant can help improve sleep, decrease back pain, nausea, headaches, increase lung strength, and circulation.
