Morning Meditation

FreeMeditation is an ancient practice used to promote calm awareness and special insight into the mind’s nature. With consistent practice over time, we are more able to unite the mind, heart, and body. Channeling the power of the mind is part of this practice. When our minds are too scattered, our potentials are limited. When concentration is practiced toward meditation, it becomes a force to work with, like channeled water.
During each session we travel through various stages of increasing order of ability and intensity.
Most students begin to feel some balancing effects of meditation almost immediately.
