Kitchen Cabinets
Whats in your cabinets? It’s time to be out with the old and in with sustainable waste free products.
In this section of our store, we have included some of our favorite kitchen additions. In our yoga practice we talk about being mindful and that practice can and should be introduced to your kitchen as well. Think about filtering out any plastic cooking utensils and introducing more sustainable tools such as wood. Learn to include spices in your pantry that have great nutritional value such a turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger. Drink the purest water possible by investing in a quality water filter you can fill up from your kitchen sink- just imagine how much plastic this alone will reduce! Also, consider using mason jars to keep your grains, nuts, and legumes on the shelf to prevent waste, use them to meal prep your oats, salads, or fruit for smoothies. Aesthetically, it is so encouraging to walk into your kitchen and see all your healthy foods on display – we could all use a little encouragement from time to time!
