Dear Yogi, here are some books that we’ve read and adore!

As we well know, yoga asana is only a part of our yoga practice. How we nourish our bodies, the quality of our thoughts and actions, how we treat others, and the way we spend our time – is equally important. With time, yoga becomes a way of life the more we delve into our practice on and off the mat. When we started practicing with regularity, we found ourselves trading in TV time for reading time, coffee for tea, and late nights for sunrises. Not to say that you must do these things to be a yogi but if you find yourself looking for some inspiration along your journey, here are the books we’ve read and found great value in!
